The SHSCam HR4-130-GE-DUV wavefront sensor is now available for measuring tasks in the deep UV range down to 193nm. The light sensitivity of this wavefront sensor is extremely high at 193nm – an energy density of 5*10-4 J/cm² is already sufficient for a well-exposed camera image.
